Pitta Pacifying

I’ve been loving this cooling coconut refresher in the hot summer months. Not only can you enjoy this in the intensity of this season, but you may find this especially cooling when partaking in Pitta aggravating activities (hot yoga, intensive workouts).
Ingredients
- 8 oz coconut water
- 2 tbsp aloe vera juice (inner fillet)
- Handful of fresh mint or pinch of fennel powder
- For a creamier consistency, add 1 tbsp of soaked chia seeds
Combine the above and enjoy!
